LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving method where participants use LEGO® bricks to build models that represent their thoughts, ideas, and solutions. It’s hands-on, minds-on, and ideal for unlocking insight that traditional meetings often miss.
Originally developed by the LEGO® Group and grounded in research in business, psychology, and learning theory, LSP isn’t child’s play—it’s serious innovation, made engaging.

What a Session Looks Like
Each session is custom designed based on your goals and group size. A typical workshop includes:

Workshops can run from 90 minutes to a full day and are always designed with your outcomes in mind. The ideal group size is 8-10 people, but larger groups can be accommodated depending on type of workshop.
